Due to the conflicting situation produced in our sector as a consequence of associated work cooperatives subcontracting services that are included as company services, the FECIC implemented a Code of Good Practices to harmonize the firms’ legal and jurisprudential requirements. This practice is aimed to avoid a further wrongful use of its legal figure.
Verification Audits
All companies that now want to subscribe to the Code have to surpass a series of verification audits. These will be taken on a yearly periodicity in order to evaluate their good practicing conduct. The company will continue to execute their daily working model, as well as filling a Code Check List that will be directly synchronized to the newest legal or juridical changes. Companies with a green light to the Code of Good Practice will benefit from an included juridical support service in case of an eventual work inspection scenario, in which there’s a different criterion to that of our code.
